SVGA and VGA Cables

SVGA and VGA cables continue to be a standard for video feeds between PCs and video display units. Even with flat panel monitors, many still provide a VGA input option. VGA started out as an IBM standard for video display back in 1987. SVGA was an extension of VGA developed by the Video Electronics Standards Association. SVGA and VGA use the same 15-pin connector. The main differences are in the actual data the video cards transmit over the 15 pins.

When setting up any PC display, many turn to their standard SVGA and VGA cables. When dealing with multiple computers, using this standard allows for easy movement of cables from one PC to another. We offer a full range of cables that meet this standard. We offer lengths ranging from 1.5 feet all the way up to 200 feet. Some cables come with a separate audio cable attached for modern PC feeds.
